When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. Your email will contain estimated delivery dates for each individual item.
Please note that whilst we will always endeavour to get your items to you within this estimated timeframe, it is only an estimate, and it is not always possible for us to meet these estimates.
All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods.
As soon as your items have left the warehouse we send you a despatch notification which will contain a link with your tracking information.
We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.
Orders with Multiple Items
We may choose to send your items together, or separately, at our own discretion. If items are being sent together, please note that all items will be sent to meet the latest estimated delivery timeframe provided in your order confirmation.
Please note that we use a variety of external couriers for last mile services, and that whilst we do everything we can to ensure that items are delivered within the estimated timeframe available, the last mile carriers may not always be able to meet these estimates.
Uptown Furniture only delivers to the UK Mainland.
Offshore domestic regions, such as the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Scottish Islands, are not included.
We also do not deliver to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Scotland, or Northern Ireland.
