At Uptown Furniture, we strive to keep our replacements, returns and refunds policy as simple as possible.
If you order an item that requires assembly, and any piece of that delivery is missing, damaged, or not quite right in any way, contact us immediately and we'll get replacements shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
Please note, that you'll need to make sure to include photographic evidence of any damages in your email.
Should you change your mind and decide you do not want your item any more, you have 14 days to return your item from the date you received it. Make sure that you contact us to notify us of your intention to return, and to get the correct shipping address for your return.
Please note, that we cannot accept returns for change of mind for flat-pack furniture, and that you will be responsible for all shipping charges for change of mind returns.
For change of mind returns, we will issue your refund within 7 working days of receiving your return back at our warehouse. As soon as we process your refund you will be notified via email, but please note that refunds may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account statements.
